01

Entity-aware

LLC, corporation, S-corp, sole proprietor — each has a different set of filings and dates. Hora reads your entity and home state and computes the list with the statute behind each item.

02

Foreign registration, handled honestly

Physical location in a new state is clear-cut. Employees only? Hora marks it "needs review" with the Secretary of State test instead of asserting it — because the answer depends on the facts.

03

Receipts stay with the filing

Filed → confirmation number → receipt attached to the obligation. When the next cycle comes, last year's filing is one click away.

Real cases, real output

Under the FinCEN rule effective August 14, 2026, U.S.-formed companies are exempt from BOI reporting; certain foreign-formed entities registered to do business in the U.S. still report. Hora keeps this as a versioned rule (FED-BOI v3): if you are a U.S.-formed company it stays quiet, and if the requirement changes again the rule gets a new version and you get a notice.
